This role offers the prospect to work closely with teams across Data Science, Product, and Design to create seamless enhancements to the user experience. Your insights will play a key role in driving engagement and satisfaction for retailers.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage backend services for Insider memberships
Partner with cross-functional teams on user experience design
Analyze program performance and iterate based on findings
Reinforce value at cart, checkout, and post-order interactions
Mentor team members in best coding practicesRequirements:
Minimum of 5 years in backend development
Robust proficiency in Kotlin, Java, or similar
Ability to work with real-time data pipelines
Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams
