Your role includes inspecting machinery, communicating efficiently with other department supervisors, and facilitating ongoing training for your team. You will also address service calls, manage preventative maintenance tasks, and offer solutions to prevent breakdowns. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily maintenance tasks for electromechanics
Communicate with supervisors on task progress
Participate in team training and development initiatives
Ensure effective preventive maintenance program compliance
Diagnose failures using electrical diagrams Requirements:
DEP in Electromechanics of Automated Systems or similar certification
Extensive industrial or manufacturing experience
Proficient in diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
Ability to read wiring and mechanical diagrams Lead your team and foster improvements in electromechanical operations.
