In this position, you will collaborate with the Assistant Director on strategies aimed at encouraging post-secondary education for under-represented groups. Engage with community organizations to develop outreach programs and provide admissions guidance to prospective students. Key Responsibilities:
Foster a network of contacts to support recruitment strategies




Implement outreach plans for specific communities
Develop marketing and promotional materials
Promote programs at various recruitment events
Conduct comprehensive recruitment presentations Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Four years in undergraduate recruitment
Experience with under-represented groups
Robust presentation and counseling skills
