You’ll analyze key performance data to guide your culturally responsive initiatives effectively. This role emphasizes partnerships and innovation, aimed at enhancing the educational experience for Indigenous students.Key Responsibilities:
Develop initiatives to improve student engagement
Implement culturally informed success strategies
Analyze and report on student achievement trends
Foster collaboration between families and schools
Lead continuous improvement in student servicesRequirements:
Relevant diploma or extensive related experience
At least five years in student services or education
Commitment to supporting Indigenous students
Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
