Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a warranty management program
• Administer claims and manage disputes with suppliers
• Build reporting mechanisms for senior leadership
• Participate in technology modernization initiatives
• Draft Defective Work Notices and settlement agreements
Requirements:
• Degree in Law or related field required
• 10 to 15 years of experience in claims administration
• Extensive knowledge of Ontario's Construction Act
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Robust understanding of Supply Chain and Contract Management
