This full time, campus-based role focuses on accreditation leadership and program evaluation. As the Director, you will oversee accreditation readiness and implement continuous quality improvement strategies.
Key responsibilities include developing evaluation frameworks, analyzing program data, and collaborating with faculty and clinical partners to enhance educational quality. Your expertise in accreditation processes and educational assessment will be critical in maintaining high program standards and compliance with national requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Lead all accreditation activities for the MPAS Program
Develop comprehensive program evaluation frameworks
Monitor educational quality across the curriculum
Prepare annual quality reports and dashboards
Support faculty in assessment design and standard setting Requirements:
Master's degree in Education or related discipline
Minimum of nine years in higher education experience
Knowledge of accreditation processes and methodologies
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Proven project management experience Drive continuous improvement and ensure program excellence as Director of Quality Assurance in the College of Medicine.
