This role seeks an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to refine and execute a world-class donor engagement strategy. You will collaborate across teams to develop meaningful donor relationships and achieve stewardship and fundraising goals. Key Responsibilities:
Create and enhance donor experience strategies
Develop KPIs and metrics for donor satisfaction
Analyze data for effective stewardship strategies
Support the Stewardship Council's reporting needs
Build relationships with key philanthropic partners

Requirements:
7+ years in non-profit fundraising, preferably healthcare
Proven people management and leadership skills
Robust verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Raisers Edge
High integrity in handling sensitive information
