Key responsibilities include advising on policies, staffing, employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
Build team-oriented relationships with teams
Coach leaders on performance and career development
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Support Equity, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
Oversee department administration and compliance Requirements:
10+ years of HR experience in progressive roles
Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience in creative industries is an asset
