Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a quick-paced food service environment. This role offers an excellent chance to gain experience in the food industry, develop customer service skills, and work in a collaborative setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed to maintain a clean and secure environment
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Assist with kitchen duties such as food prep, plating, and cleaning as needed
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas,



and equipment in compliance with health regulations
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently

Skills
Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction management
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Ability to work well within a team in a quick-paced setting
Kitchen experience or restaurant background is a plus but not required
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
