As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality food in a rapid-paced restaurant environment. You will work as part of a team to ensure every guest has a positive dining experience while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
Prepare burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
Keep the dining area, kitchen, and workstations clean and organized.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Receive and store deliveries properly.




Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Promote menu items and suggest add-ons to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic cash handling and POS knowledge is an asset.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
