Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors to maintain a spotless appearance
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance issues
Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and uphold company standards
Experience
Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial or industrial settings
Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures is highly advantageous
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, or floor scrubbers is a plus
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
