Your expert analysis, costing, and advisory services will help shape effective compensation strategies. Robust analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel are essential to succeed in this position. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough job evaluations and maintain documentation
Analyze compensation and workforce data using Excel
Perform market research through surveys and analyses
Develop presentations and briefing materials for senior staff
Present findings and provide client guidance on compensation matters Requirements:
University degree in a related field
Three years of experience in compensation or HR
Direct experience with job evaluation is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with compensation frameworks and policies Leverage your analytical skills and expertise to contribute to effective compensation strategies in the Public Service Commission of Nova Scotia.
