Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, bubble teas, and other specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained during food preparation and serving
Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas to uphold food safety standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as ingredient assembly and snack packaging as needed
Skills
Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry with a focus on beverage crafting and serving
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for efficient cashiering and transaction management
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining quality standards
Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and basic math for cash transactions
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with food preparation, serving, and adhering to hygiene protocols is highly desirable
