The Iron is a new, premium golf and events destination taking shape in the heart of Northern Ontario. THE ROLE:

We are seeking motivated, reliable, and hard-working individuals to join our golf course construction team for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, and takes pride in hand-on work, and is interested in being part of something new and exciting in Sudbury. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manual labour including lifting, carrying, digging, and raking
Ability to take initiative and complete tasks independently
Assist with general construction and site preparation
Operate hand tools and small equipment safely
Follow all health and safety procedures




Support shaping, grading, and landscaping activities
Install drainage, irrigation, and course infrastructure as directed

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to perform physical labour in outdoor conditions
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Robust work ethic, teamwork, and communication skills
Construction or landscaping experience an asset but not required
Equipment operation experience is an asset
Driver’s license
