At Walker, we value your experience as a Licensed Millwright. You will provide critical maintenance for mobile and fixed plant equipment at our Compost & Packaging Facility. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will engage in troubleshooting, part fabrication, and preventive maintenance tasks, all while adhering to our rigorous safety protocols and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect machinery for irregularities and defects
• Use power tools and welding equipment for repairs




• Interpret schematics to follow maintenance procedures
• Execute repairs on defective components
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks consistently

Requirements:
• Licensed Millwright and completed apprenticeship
• Experience in heavy-duty equipment maintenance preferred
• Detail-oriented with precise record-keeping skills
• Familiarity with health and safety guidelines
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
