CBI Home Health is looking to hire an Occupational Therapist in Grey Bruce, Owen Sound region.

Salary Range: $57.44 – $64.95 per visit. Sign on Bonus: $2,000.

What You Will Do

Provide OT interventions, including ADL/IADL strategies, equipment recommendations, and home modifications.

Use a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to care and services.

Support a restorative approach to health, offering interventions, health coaching, and self-management support.

Utilize our digital platforms for care delivery, collaboration,



documentation, and intervention.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

Registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.

Valid driver’s license and insurance; able to travel within the community.

Person- and family-centered care with passion and empathy.

Good judgment and critical thinking in client care decisions.

Excellent communication skills; thrive in both team settings and working independently.
