We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven Program Lead-English Language & Workforce Integration to spearhead a high-impact initiative supporting adult learners, newcomers, and diverse communities in strengthening their language skills for workforce integration and long-term success.
About the Role This is more than a program leadership role.
We are looking for someone who can bridge education, community, and opportunity, a leader who understands that strong programs must also be visible, accessible, and responsive to real-world needs.
You will lead the design, delivery, and growth of our English program, ensuring excellence in learning outcomes while driving engagement, partnerships, and enrollment.
What You Will Do Lead and oversee the delivery of a high-quality English language program for adult learners
Design and implement innovative, learner-centered training approaches
Drive participant recruitment, outreach, and community engagement
Build and manage strategic partnerships with community organizations, employers, and stakeholders
Ensure strong program coordination, evaluation,



and continuous improvement
Drive program growth, visibility, and long-term sustainability
Who You Are A Language Training professional with 5+ years in adult education, language training, or workforce development
Passionate about working with diverse communities and newcomers
A natural leader with strong organizational and facilitation skills
Experienced in program coordination, outreach, and stakeholder engagement
A strategic thinker who can balance program excellence with growth and impact
Skilled at building relationships and creating opportunities for learners
