Step into the role of Executive Assistant with Administrative Expertise, supporting our President's daily operations. This hybrid role incorporates high-level administrative responsibilities alongside personal assistant tasks.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of three years' experience in executive support who are adept at managing calendars and coordinating logistics for family travel and confidential projects. Your expertise in MS Office and solid communication skills will be essential as you prioritize and manage multiple ongoing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and prioritize executive schedules and tasks
• Prepare correspondence and responses for follow-ups
• Track contracts and ensure accurate documentation




• Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials
• Handle all company business with discretion

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an executive support role
• Knowledgeable in MS Office including SharePoint
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to unexpected changes
• Valid driver's license with personal vehicle
