About the Role

Join Boyd Autobody & Glass as an Auto Body Estimator and help customers navigate collision repair with precision and care. Boyd has been delivering quality workmanship for over 30 years and invests in employees’ growth.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
Write accurate estimates for vehicle damage and required repairs.
Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process.
Ensure ASE is updated accurately with important details from every customer interaction.
Ensure compliance with all insurance requirements.
Communicate all customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members.
Participate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team.
Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
Build customer relationships and apply learning to maximize KPI performance (Sales/ GP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS, Return Rate, etc.).

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 1 year of estimating experience in a collision repair setting or a similar role.
Experience using Mitchell and Qapter.
Working knowledge of vehicle repair practices and OE guidelines.




Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to multitask and effectively manage a rapid paced workplace.
Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation

$65,000 - $70,000 per year.
