Are you an organized HR skilled who enjoys the administrative side of Human Resources? We're looking for an HR Administrator to join a collaborative HR team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys HR operations, data accuracy, and employee support, and is looking to build a long-term career in HR administration.

Requirements
2+ years of HR administration or related administrative experience
Bilingual in English and French (at least functional in both)
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
What You'll Do
Maintain employee records and HRIS (HRMS) data throughout the employee lifecycle
Coordinate onboarding, benefits enrollment, and new hire orientation
Support timekeeping, payroll-related administration, and HR reporting
Respond to employee HR inquiries and provide day-to-day administrative support
Prepare reports, maintain data integrity, and assist with HR events and special projects
