Lead impactful municipal engineering projects as a Senior Water/Wastewater Treatment Process Engineer with GFT, located in Toronto, Mississauga, or Ottawa. This hybrid role focuses on design and project execution.GFT is in search of a skilled engineer to develop and manage both public and private sector water projects including sewage pumping and treatment systems. Your role will involve collaboration with municipalities for approvals, preparing contract documents, and fostering growth among junior engineers through mentoring.Key Responsibilities:
Undertake design and execution of water infrastructure projects
Coordinate and secure project approvals with various agencies
Prepare detailed engineering plans and reports
Conduct QA/QC processes throughout project lifecycle
Provide mentorship to junior engineering staffRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
P.Eng. license with P.E.O.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant project experience
