Responsibilities
Oversee the construction project on site and act as the link between various project parties.
Lead and manage the in office construction team and supervise all work on site.
Ensure orderliness in office and compliance with safety regulations.
Ensure quality standards are met and that equipment and materials are available on-site at all times.
Liaise with inspection authorities regarding approvals.

Robust leadership skills, pro-active mindset, and ability to perform well under pressure.
