Become the key support as a full-time Mental Health & Justice Rent Supplement Housing Case Manager at CMHA Kenora Branch. This role focuses on helping individuals with mental health issues secure appropriate housing. In this position, you will coordinate rent supplements for clients aged 16 and older.

Your responsibilities include assessing client needs, advocating for resources, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords. Collaborative and client-centered approaches are essential to successfully support client transitions into reliable housing. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individualized needs assessments for clients
Collaborate with various housing providers
