Dryden Fibre Canada is seeking a full‑time mechanical technician to join our multi‑skilled maintenance teams. The position offers an hourly rate of $51.649.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical repairs to machinery and plant support systems, including all rotating and stationary equipment.
Work with preventative maintenance programs and document accurate maintenance records.
Operate precision tools, including computerized alignment equipment.
Read and interpret machine drawings.
Qualifications
Valid Interprovincial “Red Seal” Industrial Mechanical Millwright Certificate.
Positive work attitude and a keen sense of responsibility regarding safety and environmental policies.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Solid computer skills and experience with electronic work orders.
Experience in the pulp and paper industry is considered an asset.
