Ltd., your mission as a Project Coordinator is to ensure the successful execution of construction projects throughout Fraser Valley, BC. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor, engaging with sub-trades, suppliers, and clients. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in quick-paced settings while maintaining strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate on-site construction activities and schedules
Manage site documentation and compliance with building codes




Facilitate trade communication and issue resolution
Oversee change orders, permits, and project draws
Ensure adherence to Caliber's quality and safety standards Requirements:
2 years’ experience in construction, preferably wood frame
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Effective organizational and communication skills
