The Customer Service

Representative role offers a unique opportunity to engage closely with the public at the front counter of the RCMP and Enforcement Services. This temporary full time position lasts up to 9 months and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will handle various inquiries efficiently while maintaining a skilled image in a dynamic workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process inquiries for complaint and information files
Perform data entry on enforcement record management systems




Accept payments and issue receipts for services and fines
Document all visitors and provide security escorts Requirements:
High School Diploma and 3 years of related experience
Post-secondary education in a relevant field preferred
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Familiarity with criminal procedures and municipal bylaws
Ability to obtain RCMP Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance Utilize your communication skills and professionalism to support Strathcona County in this customer service-focused role.
