In this role, you will apply your skills in property/casualty and Individually Rated Commercial Automobile (IRCA) to provide exceptional service. Collaborating closely with Brokers, your contributions will play a vital role in meeting Unica’s profit and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical underwriting for Small Business and IRCA policies
Analyze portfolio results for improved profitability
Deliver exceptional service to brokers during renewals and endorsements
Coach and train staff as needed for team growth
Communicate insights on industry trends to management Requirements:
University/College degree required
Minimum of 2 years in Commercial underwriting
CIP or CRM designation, or in progress
Technical knowledge in property/casualty and automobile lines
