Customer Service Representative (Full time & Part-Time)

We're looking for two motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team. If you're confident on the phone, organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Available Positions
Full time: Diverse shifts
Part-Time: Weekends

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments
Make outbound follow-up and customer care calls
Coordinate schedules with technicians and update job information
Maintain accurate customer records and tracking documents
Complete daily administrative tasks
Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting effective team communication

What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and phone skills




A strong customer service mindset and professional attitude
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn

Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or administrative support is an asset, but we're happy to train the right candidate. Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
