Customer Service Representative

Location: Montreal, QC (in-office) Employment Type: Full time

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our clients. You'll handle incoming calls and emails, resolve inquiries, support order and account questions, and help ensure every customer interaction reflects positively on our company.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary
Provide accurate information on products, services, orders, and account status
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/system
Greet visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, and manage the front desk area
Coordinate with other departments (sales, operations, logistics) to resolve customer issues
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify recurring issues




Support general administrative tasks (data entry, filing, correspondence) as needed

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or office administration is an asset
Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing role preferred
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience an asset
Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay patient and professional with difficult customers
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
