Lead Clio’s Security Team as a Security Engineering Manager, influencing technical direction and team growth. This hybrid role allows for flexibility while ensuring robust performance and collaboration. As a Security Engineering Manager, you will guide a team in a hands-on capacity, developing technical solutions and enhancing security.
Your responsibilities will include coding, reviewing, and mentoring, while driving security compliance programs like SOC 2 and FedRAMP. You'll adapt roadmaps to meet changing demands and foster a productive setting for all team members. Key Responsibilities:
Create adaptive roadmaps for security initiatives
Own security compliance programs and audit evidence
Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent
Lead impactful technical solutions for security posture
Participate actively in code reviews and projects
Requirements:
Proven experience in hiring and developing engineers
Strong AWS security experience on EC2 and managed services
Proficient in Terraform, GitOps, and autoscaling
Knowledge of SIEM platforms like ELK/OpenSearch
Familiarity with Ruby or Python as coding languages
