Ensure safety and security at Gold Horse Casino as a Casino Security Officer for SIGA. This role focuses on risk mitigation, emergency response, and customer service throughout your shift. As a key team member under the supervision of the Security Supervisor, you'll help maintain a secure setting for guests and staff at SIGA.
Your responsibilities will include conducting safety inspections, handling emergencies, and providing customer service.
Experience in security operations and conflict de-escalation will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Provide physical security for guests and assets
Conduct thorough safety and security inspections
Assist in medical emergencies and other crises
Defuse conflicts while ensuring safety
Prepare accurate reports on shift activities Requirements:
Grade 12 or GED diploma required
Previous security and customer service experience preferred
First Aid, AED, and CPR Level C certifications preferred
Experience in de-escalating tense situations preferred
