We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, processes transactions efficiently, and provides exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail and sales skills in a quick-paced environment. Punjabi, Hindi or Filipino speaking candidates will be preferred.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, questions, and product inquiries
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
Handle cash transactions with precision, including giving change and balancing cash drawers at shift end
Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Manage phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing information or directing calls appropriately




Support inventory management through basic stock replenishment and product organization
Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout lines during busy periods

Experience
Prior retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Solid communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Experience with technology sales or product demos is advantageous for engaging customers effectively
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising practices is beneficial
Previous customer service roles that demonstrate patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities are valued
Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills
