-Working the cash, taking and entering orders as well as taking payments. Handing off food to delivery services
-Preparing food for customers in person and for delivery services
-Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, chopping vegetables and fruits, mixing sauces, marinades and dressings
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, must be consistent
Assist in cooking and baking tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area including pantry, storage areas, walk-ins and counters
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, safety report to management including safety temperature checking and equipment functioning
Stock, rotate and monitor inventory levels of ingredients and order supplies as necessary
Doing dishes, cleaning surfaces, mopping floors closing and other cleaning tasks.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service/cashier or in a similar role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Food handler's certificate
