Plan and implement educational initiatives for staff development
Provide orientation and ongoing support to current team members
Act as a clinical resource for patient care and policy development
Support recruiting for educational programs and initiatives
Foster communication across healthcare teams and identify care trends Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
Five years of Pediatric Nursing experience
Two years of Pediatric Ambulatory Care experience
Leadership experience as a Clinical Leader Development preferred
