Facilitate client workshops to gather functional requirements
Provide recommendations on Microsoft 365 solutions
Assist clients with user enablement and training
Document client needs and project outcomes
Participate in pre-sales activities and proposal development Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in consulting or related roles
Effective communication and presentation skills
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies
Experience with change management is a plus
