Lead the Nurse Practitioners' strategy and practice at Vancouver Island Health. This role emphasizes mentorship, clinical support, and the integration of care across multiple sites. As the Clinical Lead, you will provide guidance and operational management aimed at enhancing NP practice, patient-centered care, and continuous quality improvement.

Reporting to the NP Director, your responsibilities include mentoring Nurse Practitioners, managing scope-of-practice changes, and facilitating NP onboarding. Your leadership will help navigate complex inter-qualified settings, ensuring best practices in patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and mentorship for Nurse Practitioners
Oversee NP onboarding, orientation, and clinical practice development




Conduct chart audits and practice reviews
Support recruitment and coach leaders on NP integration
Develop practice resources and facilitate successful transitions Requirements:
Master’s degree in nursing; Nurse Practitioner licensed
Minimum 5 years' relevant clinical leadership experience
Current registration with BCCNM as a Nurse Practitioner
Valid BC Driver's License
