In this pivotal hybrid role, you will work with BDO’s Assurance Innovation Lab, focusing on developing intelligent workflows and deploying production-grade AI models. The role requires a cooperative approach with seasoned specialists while having at least 3–5 years of applicable experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and optimize machine learning and AI models
Develop intelligent solutions with generative AI
Lead experimentation in AI technology
Ensure model explainability and reliability
Design and maintain AI-enabled operational solutions
Requirements:
Strong programming skills in Python; R or Java is a plus
Familiarity with AI frameworks like OpenAI and Hugging Face
