Academy seeks a passionate childcare leader to oversee Centre operations and implement strategic direction. You will ensure a high-quality workplace and manage financial performance while mentoring your team. The ideal candidate excels in communication, leadership, and problem-solving within a nurturing educational workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily leadership to achieve financial and enrollment targets
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and ministry representatives




Train and guide teams through scheduling and feedback
Ensure health and safety for children and team members
Develop collaborative partnerships within the community Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
RECE in good standing and supervisory experience
Childcare Management Certificate is an asset
Strong understanding of CCYEA regulations
