This role involves providing comprehensive assessments and treatment options for clients in the Child & Adolescent Outpatient Psychiatry Clinics.
As a key member of a multi-disciplinary team, you will utilize trauma-informed practices and cultural safety principles to enhance service delivery. You will educate community partners and develop valuable resources to improve mental health outreach. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and families
Develop treatment plans and manage cases effectively
Provide therapeutic clinical counseling through various therapy models
Educate mental health specialists through workshops
Maintain accurate clinical records and statistical information Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
Minimum two years of clinical experience in child and adolescent mental health
Eligible for registration with a qualified body
Valid BC Driver's License with insurance coverage
