Carmichael Engineering is looking for a full-time Combustion Technician (TAG-1) to enhance their team. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing heating systems for commercial and institutional clients. As a Combustion Technician, you will report directly to the Service Manager and play a vital role in servicing hot water and steam heating systems.
Maintaining operational continuity is crucial, and you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repair tasks. Your work will help ensure protected and productive heating operations for various clients. Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance on hot water and steam heating systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues effectively
Test and analyze combustion equipment thoroughly
Dismantle and reassemble defective systems after repairs
Maintain detailed and accurate service records Requirements:
G1 or G2 certification required
Minimum of 5 years experience with heating systems
Valid driver’s license to travel for service
Solid communication with clients and suppliers
