Expertise in gathering and documenting Business, Functional, and Non-Functional Requirements
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience supporting production releases, issue triage, and product quality
Functional testing and QA validation experience

Preferred Skills:
Agile/Scrum methodology
