Tide & Tales Bistro & Bookshop is a seasonal, harbour-side café in North Rustico, PEI. We offer all-day breakfast, specialty coffee, fresh baked goods, and a curated bookstore experience.
Now Hiring: Baristas (Full-Time & Part time | August–October)
We’re looking for skilled, energetic Baristas who take pride in great coffee and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do
Prepare high-quality espresso drinks and specialty coffees
Manage counter service for take-out food and beverages
Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
Maintain speed, consistency, and cleanliness of bar area
Support servers with beverage orders during peak service
Keep station stocked, organized, and service-ready
What We’re Looking For
Previous barista experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Friendly, outgoing personality with great customer service
Ability to stay calm and productive under pressure
Team first mindset and strong work ethic
Availability through peak summer months and shoulder season
Availability for daytime shifts (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
