Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food prep stations and dining spaces
Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to ensure quality standards are met
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries or concerns with enthusiasm
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation standards are upheld
Experience
Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn!
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and transparent communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling, giving accurate change, and processing transactions confidently
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is desirable
