AIM Recycling is hiring a Bobcat Operator in Laval, focusing on operating heavy equipment and ensuring productive material management. This full time position promotes safety and meticulous operations in our recycling yard. We are looking for a skilled Bobcat Operator to work from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, at our Laval facility.

In this position, you will load and unload trucks, assess material quality, and perform routine inspections on equipment. Maintaining a clean and well-organized yard is fundamental to our operations and environmental goals. Key Responsibilities:
Operate the loader and excavator for operations
Manage loading and unloading of trucks
Assess the quality of incoming materials
Conduct daily checks on equipment for safety
Keep the yard clean and orderly Requirements:
At least one year experience in similar role
Valid Class 5 driver’s license needed
Robust commitment to workplace safety
Capable of operating heavy machinery
