East End Vets is located in the heart of East Toronto. Between Upper Beaches and Danforth Ave. Easily accessible by transit.

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist, who believes in the importance of providing exceptional client care and service to the pet parents of East Toronto. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, creating a lasting impression and trusted bond between us and our community.

Responsibilities
Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with, data entry, and maintaining patient records
Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and other staff members
Keep the reception area clean and organized





Qualifications
Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of veterinary software systems is a plus
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure
Knowledge of laboratory procedures would be beneficial
