You will support individuals in daily living skills—ranging from personal care to recreational activities—and ensure safety and well-being. Provide person-centered support in community activities.
Assist with personal care and meal preparation.




Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Implement and monitor individualized activity programs. Requirements:
DSW Diploma or equivalent in social sciences.
Three years of experience with individuals with disabilities.
Current certifications in First Aid and CPR.
