Become a Casual Diagnostic Medical Sonographer at Providence Health Care, where you will deliver crucial ultrasound care to patients. As a part of our team, you will report to the Supervisor and provide a variety of ultrasound examinations ranging from abdominal to pelvic scans.

You will prepare patients for procedures, operate imaging equipment, and maintain safety protocols throughout. This role also involves collaboration with other specialists for improved patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Review patient requisitions and history before exams
Conduct protected and effective ultrasound examinations
Assist with radiologist procedures while safeguarding sterile techniques
Evaluate images and prepare corresponding documentation
Ensure accurate records and coordinate patient workflows Requirements:
Graduate of accredited Medical Diagnostic Sonography program
Certified with Sonography Canada or ARDMS
Comprehensive knowledge of sonographic methods
Ability to effectively interact within a healthcare team
