This role requires performing general maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate is resourceful, reliable, and capable of working independently while supporting site operations. Key Responsibilities:
Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs
Maintain fixtures and conduct preventative maintenance tasks
Inspect building systems and report issues
Operate custodial equipment and tools safely
Support furniture assembly and small facility projects Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of general maintenance experience
