We’re on the lookout for a Sales Associate to join our Flamingo crew at our 493 4 St E, Stonewall, MB location. Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with knowledge and enthusiasm
Provide personalized recommendations and product education
Operate the POS system and handle transactions with accuracy
Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, clean & fresh
Share product knowledge through engaging conversations
Support the team in maintaining a welcoming, compliant setting
Stay current with new arrivals and promotions
Qualifications
1 year of retail or customer service experience (Preferred)
SmartChoice certification (or willingness to obtain)
Positive attitude and solid communication skills
Team-player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
Comfortable in a fast-paced setting
Cash-handling accuracy and attention to detail
Passion for cannabis is a big plus
Must be 19 to work at this establishment
