Key Responsibilities:
Execute leadership development aligned with organizational strategy
Design programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders
Evaluate partnerships and manage external facilitators

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or similar
5–8+ years in leadership development
Experience with leadership program design and execution
Excellent facilitation and coaching capabilities
People leadership experience of 2+ years required
